The announcement text:
Well established ONLINE RETAIL COMPANY with a fast paced work environment has immediate need for a FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR seeking employment in a dynamic company committed to individual and group success.



The individual will have a track record of growth in the previous positions, ability to problem solve, work with minimal supervision and devise systems and processes necessary to manage a growing book of business. Candidate must be exceptionally organized and proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. In addition to daily bookkeeping you will also run our office and handle all administrative duties including various Ad-hoc programs as needed.



Duties and Responsibilities

• High volume A/P and Inventory Control within QuickBooks.

• Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

• Manage “back office” operational functions including maintaining stock levels and coordinating shipments.

• Track deadlines such as insurances and benefit reporting requirements.

• Provide suggestions to enhance internal controls and stream line processes.

• Review and investigate inconsistencies in documents and reports.

• Deliver work that is complete, technically accurate, and on time.

• Follow a “hands on” work style.

• Contribute to improved operations of the group.



Skills/Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting is desired, however, solid experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.

• Self starter, professional, excellent communication skills and team player.

• Must have high attention to detail while working under pressure.
